Providing this data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary for the organizational purposes of the trip, for contacting the Client, for signing up for the newsletter, for providing a comment/opinion or for contacting the Administrator. The data is also used for marketing and accounting purposes.

2. All the above data are collected for organizational purposes related to the Trip booked by the Participant and for the purpose of contacting the Participant. The data is only transferred directly to companies/persons cooperating with the Organizer.

3. The data will be processed no longer than until the Client files an objection or the business purpose ceases. The data may also be processed during the archiving process for internal purposes, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, until the Client files an objection or the business purpose ceases.

In the case of data processing on social media platforms, including communication and directing marketing content, such data will be processed only when the Client decides to: like the page / join the group / select the “Follow” option or otherwise leave their data on the platform managed by Tu Albania, e.g. by posting an entry, comment or contact via the contact form. In a situation where the Participant provides their data, in particular in the form of an opinion regarding a product or service, including data regarding the image, they will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator for marketing purposes, in order to improve the quality of services and products and to promote the Administrator’s services and products. This data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve business goals or until an objection is filed. Providing data is voluntary.

7. Personal data is processed until the end of the Trip and later for marketing and accounting purposes.

In connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator, the Client has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion of data, restriction of data processing, objection to data processing, transfer of data, withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if previously given consent, filing a complaint with the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.
